What will happen at the Session, and how long will it take?
On average, a complete session takes 1 hour.
On the day, your session will include:
• a pre-shoot consultation to determine the background to be used
• the studio photography session
• selection of the photo to be used and other Fairy elements-Fairy dress style and colour, wing style and colour and headwear (sparkles, tiara etc). Please note that the options available to the customer differ according to the product (background) chosen.

When is payment due?
Payment in full is due on the day of the sitting. Payment is by Cash or Cheque. Once payment has been recieved and the Portrait created, the high resolution Jpeg file is emailed to the customer.

How much will it cost?
There is no sitting fee and the cost depends on the photo product chosen. Please see the product pages for the relevant prices.

The Cost is a one off fee which covers the creation and supply of the Portrait as a high resolution Jpeg file to the customer. Photos are not printed out by Dream Time Photography due to the huge variation in photo products available.

Upon receipt of the high resolution Jpeg file the customer can print or distribute the electronic portrait freely with no additional reprint costs to Dream Time Photography but the actual artwork itself remains the copyright of Dream Time Photography and can not be altered or copied in any way.

What do I bring?
For Girls the Fairy dresses are added during the artwork stage so no special outfits are needed.Please do however bring your child’s hairbrush. 

For boys the outfits need to be brought by the customer to the sitting- T-shirts and shorts are fine.

Further recommendations:
Please remove nail polish.
It is best not to wear makeup unless it is for the older fairy.
Please don't wear gloss and glitter as they reflect light and will leave shiny white patches in the final Photo.
If the Fairy has long hair, hair brushed and down looks best.

How are the Scenes Created?
The scenes are created digitally and then combined with the Studio Portrait of your child. You will be asked to choose a Background, and the style and colour of the Fairy Dress, wings and headwear at the sitting.

Can I email my own photo to be used to create a Fairy Portrait?
Yes, Dream Time Photography Fairy Portraits are now available for those that are not close to a studio.

Just follow these 3 easy steps:

Step 1: Select the background you would like from those shown on our Website.
Step 2: Email us to let us know which one you have chosen-please quote the Background name and number (eg B61) and we will email you back a set of instructions for that particular pose.
Step 3: Take your photo using the instructions provided and email it to us.

We will email the finished Portrait back to you within 2 Weeks. There are no reprint costs as you own the file.
